Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated sales professional who thrives in a consultative atmosphere combined with lead generation to enhance our residential sales, focusing on both property flipping and new home opportunities. As a specialist in home sales, your role will involve identifying renovation prospects while ensuring an exceptional home-buying journey by understanding client requirements, assisting them in transactions, and guiding them through the entire process.

The ideal candidate will excel in establishing rapport with clients and fostering trustworthy relationships with builders and developers while delivering outstanding service. If this aligns with your skills, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $125,000 based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members to build a successful and enduring career in real estate
  • Present potential home buyers with detailed information about property features and community amenities to facilitate their decision-making
  • Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to develop new business and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain records of all communications with prospective clients through phone, email, and CRM systems to ensure sales goals are met
  • Embrace a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the real estate sector to advance your career
  • Act as a liaison between sellers and potential buyers to ensure a seamless and timely transaction process
  • Continuously network and prospect for new business to achieve sales objectives
  • Follow up on leads from new home developers
  • Generate leads from new home builders
  • Close sales effectively
  • Manage database and CRM
  • Master sales communication techniques
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market is preferred
  • Ability to quickly establish meaningful connections and enjoy meeting new individuals
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Demonstrated history of successful sales
  • A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this position
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must possess working rights in the USA
  • Must reside in the greater Phoenix area
