Role Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be on driving our team's expansion while nurturing our distinctive culture. We value both social and emotional intelligence, recognizing the importance of dedication and hard work.
In this role, you will:
- Lead efforts to swiftly recruit high-performing and promising real estate agents.
- Manage the hiring process for team members and our sales personnel.
- Ensure that newly licensed agents are matched with suitable field trainers based on compatibility.
- Represent our team at promotional events, trade shows, and workshops, embodying our organizational values.
- Foster a learning-oriented environment that emphasizes quality and results, aligning new agents' motivations with our culture.
- Maintain a supportive and empowering atmosphere that encourages associates to reach their full potential while prioritizing a people-first approach.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in recruiting commissioned sales professionals, with at least one year of sales experience or five years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated growth and leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional skills in adaptive communication and empathetic reasoning.
- A proven track record in high-growth or start-up environments.
- The ability to build strong relationships and recruit effectively.
- Strong verbal leadership and communication skills, along with social poise.
- A background in real estate sales is preferred, but candidates with outstanding achievements in other fields and exceptional leadership skills will also be considered.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Top candidates will be natural leaders, influencers, and educators, self-motivated and high-achieving, valuing team results.
- Integrity, ethical behavior, and a high regard for others are essential.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000.
