Position Overview
The Senior Wholesale Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic sales team focused on driving revenue growth across 3000+ specialty women's and men's stores, including western stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building business and team leadership. This executive leadership role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of a fashionable retail market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage a dynamic sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including retail store owners and managers.
