Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales activities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales staff performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategy.
  • Establish and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing department to design promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience working with sales technology and CRM software.
  • Highly proactive and results-driven, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; a Master's degree may be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of selling strategies, employee motivation techniques, and market trends.
What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
