Staffing Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Account Manager to join our team at Net2source. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Fortune 500 clients, understanding their staffing requirements, and delivering high-quality candidates to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase market share with existing clients
- Qualify new job orders and work with the delivery team to ensure timely and effective candidate placement
- Present candidates to hiring managers and follow up for feedback
- Coordinate with clients to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding
- Use CRM/ATS to manage activities and track client interactions
- 5-8 years of recent experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP-based accounts
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Uncapped commissions
