Job Summary

The Partner Marketing Account Management Team plays a crucial role in driving sales growth for Partner Marketing. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing the marketing relationship with assigned partners, identifying sponsorship opportunities that align with their priorities, and collaborating with the Partner Go-To-Market team to integrate partners into SHI's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partner relationships by ensuring the successful planning and implementation of marketing activities in conjunction with sales, events, growth, campaigns, creative services, digital, product marketing, PPSS, and other teams.
  • Plan and collaborate on assigned marketing programs and events, overseeing a roster of assigned partners and proactively working to develop, maintain, and foster client, partner, and vendor relationships.
  • Represent SHI at partner conferences, co-lead on special projects alongside the marketing management team, and support assigned events and partner conferences on site.
  • Manage large marketing budgets carefully, keep detailed plans, and handle any problems that may arise while keeping partners happy.
  • Pitch approved sponsorship opportunities to assigned partners, show them the value they get from their marketing investments, and promote SHI's marketing programs to partners.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Marketing GTM and Programs team to identify tactics and sponsorship opportunities that align with assigned partner priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Partner Marketing Specialist
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with AX & CRM
  • Required Skills: Friendly, strong communication skills, able to handle many tasks and big accounts without getting overwhelmed, very organized and attentive to details, good at solving problems and managing your time, quick learner who can use new information well, follows up on tasks without needing much help from others, can adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changes, self-driven and always looking to do better, confident in leading discussions and marketing efforts, focused on results and can handle stress and last-minute changes.
Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending. This position is exempt and requires travel 10%-15% of the time, with some weekends and extended hours required for certain events.
