Job Summary

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our Vice-President-Controller to ensure the successful financial reporting and control of our Group and US entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other functional areas of Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Assist in managing the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA or equivalent) is required
  • 5+ years of financial reporting experience
