Key Responsibilities - Parts Management/Sales:

• Interpret equipment manuals to accurately identify part numbers

• Foster customer relationships through effective communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Understand inventory control principles and processes

• Manage parts inventory to optimize sales and enhance customer satisfaction

• Maintain a clean and organized parts department and equipment storage area

• Receive and verify parts from suppliers, updating inventory to support service operations

• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely packaging and shipping of the correct parts

• Assist with equipment deliveries and prepare machinery for installation

• Conduct cycle counts and maintain routine housekeeping in the parts department

• Help customers identify correct part numbers

• Track purchase orders, provide updates to customers, and liaise with vendors as necessary

• Invoice for parts orders and manage fleet operations

• Expedite orders for high-priority customers

• Recommend new parts for inventory

• Source alternative suppliers when required

• Maintain and update the e-commerce platform and parts pricing

• Assist with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process

• Manage technician truck stock through evaluation and replenishment of parts

• Perform additional tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service:

• Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction

• Welcome customers courteously

• Treat customers with fairness and integrity, demonstrating our commitment to outstanding service and ethical practices

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong listening abilities

• Exceptional organizational capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems

• Forklift operation experience

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sense of urgency

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting of materials exceeding 40 lbs.
