We are collaborating with a prominent global manufacturing firm that ranks among the Fortune 200. This organization is recognized for its significant presence in the industry and is currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor to enhance their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of three, including two Accounts Payable specialists and one Accounts Receivable specialist.
  • Manage the organization’s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger in accordance with established accounting standards.
  • Prepare and evaluate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to facilitate precise financial analysis and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to guarantee accurate financial reporting and offer insights to support management decisions.
  • Ensure the timely and precise completion of month-end and year-end closing activities, including necessary reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Assist external auditors during the annual audit, ensuring adherence to accounting regulations and standards.
  • Develop and uphold accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance and accuracy, while implementing improvements to processes as required.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is essential.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
