Position Overview
The Accounting Supervisor will oversee a dedicated team of three, focusing on both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. This role is pivotal in managing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring precision and adherence to established accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team comprising two Accounts Payable specialists and one Accounts Receivable specialist.
- Oversee the accuracy of financial transactions, including the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
- Prepare and scrutinize financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, to deliver timely financial insights.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to guarantee accurate financial reporting and provide strategic insights to management.
- Ensure the completion of month-end and year-end closing processes, including necessary reconciliations and adjustments.
- Facilitate the annual audit process by supporting external auditors and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations.
- Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and compliance, implementing improvements as required.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with cost accounting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- An understanding of accounting principles and practices.
