Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Senior Human Resources Administrator. This position plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive human resources services to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will oversee, direct, and provide expert advice on human resources management functions and services.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources within the Department of Defense, with relevant expertise in Information Technology (experience with NRO, NSA, and/or NGA is acceptable).
- Proven experience in managing civilian and military personnel, along with administrative operations support, specifically in the areas of Civilian Human Resource Management, Military & Civilian Manpower Management, and Information Management/Operations Support in government settings (including military and civil service), federally funded research and development centers, or profit/non-profit government support contractors. At least five years of this experience should be directly related to supporting Air Force programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility is mandatory.
Travel Requirements: To be determined.
