Position Overview:

We are seeking a Celebrity Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role can be based in a hybrid model, offering flexibility in your work environment. The ideal candidate is someone with a natural curiosity and a fervent passion for the entertainment industry. You will be instrumental in identifying emerging trends and influential figures across various sectors to support our esteemed clients. Your expertise will encompass talent, sports, music, and influencer relations, along with responsibilities such as contract negotiations and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and provide talent recommendations, including pricing, for high-profile actors, musicians, athletes, and digital influencers to align with client marketing goals.
  • Draft and negotiate talent contracts while collaborating with team members, talent representatives, legal advisors, and clients.
  • Manage relationships with key industry stakeholders, including talent agents, managers, and publicists.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for entertainment and pop culture, with a comprehensive understanding of the celebrity, sports, and music landscapes.
  • Stay informed about industry news and trends to provide timely insights.
  • Coordinate various detail-oriented talent requirements, effectively managing a high volume of work.
  • Inspire and mobilize internal and external teams to achieve client objectives, ensuring collaboration and quality in all deliverables.
  • Assist team members, including senior leadership, with reporting, finance, vendor management, and organizational tasks.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, status documents, and budget trackers in collaboration with project leads.
  • Oversee and track payments and necessary paperwork for talent and vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Train and manage junior team members.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in an agency setting.
  • Strong educational background in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field, with a deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on time and within budget.
  • Passion for and familiarity with the entertainment and sports sectors.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices for content development and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team structures and being open to guidance.
  • Proactive in identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans.
  • Adaptable and willing to shift priorities as needed.
  • Resilient and positive attitude with a strong drive for success.
  • Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
