  • Deliver outstanding guest service and build enduring relationships with patrons

  • Mentor and develop team members to improve their competencies
  • Oversee the execution of Player Development initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for Slot and Table Games promotions
  • Formulate strategies to boost club memberships and casino profitability
  • Plan and coordinate special events for players
  • Effectively resolve guest inquiries and concerns
  • Engage in casino-hosted events
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a gaming license from the relevant regulatory authority
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years in casino marketing or 5 years in casino operations
  • Familiarity with player-tracking systems is essential
  • Strong skills in public relations and customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable about table games and slot machines
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to see, speak, hear, walk, and stand
  • Frequent use of hands for handling and reaching
  • Occasional sitting or bending
  • May need to lift or move items weighing up to 30 pounds
