Responsibilities:

  • Quota Management: Achieve daily quota expectations by concentrating on sales activities and value-added services, including compliance initiatives and other revenue-generating tasks.
  • Value-Based Sales: Employ 'Value-Based Sales Skills' to identify clients' existing service challenges and requirements, clarify contract obligations, and propose alternative solutions.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Assess customer needs and negotiate suitable resolutions through adjustments in service, pricing, and quality issues.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Meet sales activity and targets by engaging customers through phone and email communication.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Customer Records Management: Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Retention Efforts: Retain customers identified as at risk of cancellation or potential loss.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional team members, including operations, billing, collections, and sales departments, to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • CRM Usage: Ensure proper utilization of CRM and other sales applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients.
