Position Overview:

As a key player in our talent acquisition team, the Campus Relations Program Manager will be instrumental in shaping the future of early career talent at ofi. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition – North America and is essential for developing and executing a comprehensive university relations strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a robust university relations program across North America, focusing on building strategic partnerships with academic institutions.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong connections with universities and colleges, representing ofi at various recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage top early career talent through targeted outreach and effective screening processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure university relations initiatives align with broader business goals.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize recruitment efforts.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze program metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in university relations or talent acquisition.
  • Proven success in developing university relations programs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
  • Willingness to travel as needed during peak recruitment periods.
