Customer Support Intern
Department: Energy Location: Remote

We are seeking a Customer Support Intern to contribute to our Energy Team. In this capacity, you will engage with our proprietary software, Cargas Energy, and provide direct assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through our support line and ticketing system.
- Set clear expectations regarding the triage process.
- Document customer information accurately within the ticketing framework.
- Offer insights about Cargas Energy products and services or escalate issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Assist the customer support team with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college program, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, IT, MIS, or a related field.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong customer interaction abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively serving clients and collaborating with team members.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and a quick aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Personable and approachable demeanor.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Internship Details:
This internship spans 12 to 16 weeks, tailored to the needs of the student and academic requirements. Start dates are flexible, accommodating the student's schedule.
Covid-19 Considerations:
As of the current posting, our teams are operating entirely remotely. We are actively monitoring the Covid-19 situation and adhering to guidance from health authorities regarding the safe reopening of our office. The internship may be conducted remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid format, depending on the prevailing circumstances.
