Job Overview

CRD Careers is collaborating with a prominent organization in the Healthcare/Health Services sector to identify a skilled Administrative Coordinator.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Compliance Officer, and various Directors within the Finance Division.
  • Oversee daily office operations for the Fiscal Services and Revenue Cycle Services departments.
  • Coordinate logistics, prepare board portal materials, and create PowerPoint presentations for monthly Board Audit & Finance Committee meetings. This includes scheduling, catering arrangements, and addressing special requirements. Maintain organized files for reports and meeting minutes.
  • Draft and edit all correspondence and reports for the CFO, Controller, Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement, and other division members as needed. Conduct research for projects, surveys, and applications.
  • Organize agendas, maintain reports, and audit documentation for Corporate Compliance Committee meetings, while assisting the Corporate Compliance Officer with compliance-related tasks. Keep a record of Business Associate Agreements.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for the CFO, Controller, Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement, and other Finance Division Directors. Evaluate incoming mail and emails for significance, distribution, and necessary follow-up. Handle phone calls efficiently and direct them appropriately.
  • Establish and maintain departmental records and files to ensure timely access to essential financial information. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel with the capability to utilize it for data reporting and presentation.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role.
  • Associate's Degree in business or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in corporate compliance is advantageous.
