Develop memoranda of understanding with other organizations as appropriate. Collaborate with community partners to identify potential co-facilitators to ensure program sustainability. Engage in internal and external meetings to support families in advocating for necessary resources and services, ensuring families have access to all available resources.
  4. Program Development - Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives by providing relevant information to appropriate personnel. Promote programs across other agency sectors and within the community, offering support to families involved in other agency programs. Identify service gaps for children and families and propose strategies or plans to address these gaps using both internal and external resources.
  5. Staff Development - Provide guidance and actively involve new staff in understanding the organization's strengths-based approach and the framework for community-based social work practices. Serve as a resource for new staff by offering support and direction as needed.
  6. Training Delivery - Conduct training sessions using the ACT Facilitator Manual and the Raising Safe Kids Program. Instruct and equip caregivers with skills in early violence prevention and positive parenting practices for children from birth to age 8.
