Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research and preparation of responses to inquiries from higher authorities.
  • Support the development of timely responses and facilitate rapid communication.
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation for both internal and external inquiries.
  • Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and other software to develop and maintain program briefings and related materials.
  • Prepare financial briefs and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on program planning and status for management review.
  • Support program operations through the use of financial tools and databases for data analysis and tracking.
  • Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training resources.
  • Ensure proper management of electronic files and maintain a backup of financial records.
  • Adhere to filing protocols and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Keep financial documentation current and accessible upon request.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in DoD/Navy financial management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • More than 2 years of experience in DoD/Navy financial management.
  • DAWIA Level II BFM Certification or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in Process Management, Technical Writing, and Training Guide Development.
