Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document project requirements.
  • Communicate findings effectively, including but not limited to Requirements Backlog, Test Cases, and Release Notes.
  • Create user stories to facilitate development and deployment processes.
  • Lead the collection of business-centric requirements to assist product teams and owners in defining the backlog while ensuring user perspectives are prioritized.
  • Support the management of Application Service Tickets.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of procedural documentation for project and personnel management.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and users to identify operational objectives and elicit requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Capability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to identify acceptable solutions.
  • Exceptional documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Outstanding planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, with certifications or previous work experience considered as substitutes for the required years.
