Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a Regional Sales Executive for the Ohio and Pennsylvania territories, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, fostering robust relationships with clients, and meeting sales objectives within the assigned region. This position requires a keen understanding of market trends, effective promotion of products or services, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through expert management of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research in Ohio and Pennsylvania to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry developments to effectively communicate benefits to prospective clients.
  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to management, outlining progress, challenges, and future objectives.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or surpass sales goals within the region.
  • Create standard operating procedures for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to establish and monitor processes, standards, and performance metrics.
  • Co-develop and implement sales strategies and management metrics for VIS markets.
  • Engage in prospecting, cold-calling, and soliciting new business to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in customer sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare detailed quotes for sealant and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical service roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-impact key account sales position.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in a regional or territory-based capacity.
  • Strong familiarity with the Ohio and Pennsylvania markets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
  • Capacity to adjust equipment and processes to achieve desired outcomes.

Language Proficiency:

  • English proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role may necessitate frequent travel within the designated regions to engage with clients, service accounts, and attend industry events.
  • Position may require prolonged periods of walking and standing, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally is necessary.
