Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover opportunities and trends within the middle market and chain store sectors.
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business goals.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the middle market and chain store domains.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Assess client requirements and work with internal teams to customize solutions that meet or surpass client expectations.

Sales Performance and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives through effective prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue flow.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies as necessary.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide valuable field insights and feedback to aid in the development of new products or services.

Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Generate regular sales reports and performance assessments to monitor key metrics and KPIs.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and project future sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Property Management Software, Rental Payments, or Enterprise Payment Solutions.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies, market dynamics, and business development principles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-oriented with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $92,000 - $125,000
