Position Overview

At Quality First Healthcare Services, we are in search of an enthusiastic Marketing and Case Management Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies for our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement marketing initiatives to elevate the visibility of QFHCS.
  • Assist in orchestrating marketing campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Contribute to the design and dissemination of all promotional materials in accordance with marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Leverage diverse marketing platforms, including social media, print media, and e-commerce channels.
  • Evaluate and interpret the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to formulate cohesive sales and marketing approaches.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers as they navigate their health and wellness journeys.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in Case Management is essential.
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to Home Healthcare is required.
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and client families.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.
  • A clean background check is mandatory.
  • Quick adaptation to QFHCS Policies & Procedures is necessary.

Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in social media marketing techniques.
  • Experience with print media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience in both traditional and digital marketing methods.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial oversight related to marketing projects.
  • Skilled in business-to-business sales.
