Regional Clinical Manager

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Manager for Breast Imaging to oversee our dedicated women's health division.
Our organization operates 15 facilities that deliver advanced 2D and 3D diagnostic imaging services, focusing on 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, bone densitometry, and general ultrasound.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing a sizable team of mammographers while ensuring an exceptional patient experience across all locations. In addition to mammography credentials, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management is required.
This is a full-time, salaried role that includes a comprehensive benefits package and requires approximately 25% travel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of over 15 mammographers, including managing time cards, expense reports, and leave requests.
- Develop and implement a staff development plan and oversee its execution.
- Ensure the highest quality of patient experience at each facility, collaborating with Regional Managers to meet objectives.
- Oversee daily clinical operations to promote excellence while supervising direct reports.
- Participate in Performance/Quality Improvement initiatives and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Manage the scheduling of all clinical staff.
- Develop guidelines, SOPs, and training materials for clinical and administrative personnel.
- Train new mammographers on equipment, Infinitt software, and workflows to ensure compliance and quality care.
- Order medical supplies for all facilities.
- Provide technical support to mammographers regarding imaging and physician orders.
- Assist the scheduling manager with clinical support regarding appointment types and time allocations.
- Process monthly pathology requests for all locations.
- Collaborate with the V.P. of Operations on workflows at each facility.
- Engage in ongoing education and training for all clinical staff to foster a collaborative healthcare model.
- Work closely with the Sr. Clinical Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to State, Federal, and regulatory agency standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Radiology with current R.T. registration and mammography certification.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Organizational Leadership.
- 5-10 years of experience in a large practice or hospital setting.
- 5-10 years of experience managing a team of more than 10 employees.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong data and analytics experience; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and change management abilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
