Position Overview

The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and will be tasked with a variety of office support functions for multiple team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Field telephone inquiries and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Engage in word processing, filing, faxing, and scanning as required.
  • Customer Service: Deliver administrative support by adhering to established processes and procedures.
  • Team Support: Assist office personnel and technical staff as needed.
  • Call Management: Respond to internal and external inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Document Organization: Manage both hard copy and electronic filing systems for all essential documents.
  • Shipping Coordination: Prepare and ship inventory requested by clients.
  • Correspondence Handling: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and inventory to the relevant staff members.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
