- Administrative Tasks: Engage in word processing, filing, faxing, and scanning as required.
- Customer Service: Deliver administrative support by adhering to established processes and procedures.
- Team Support: Assist office personnel and technical staff as needed.
- Call Management: Respond to internal and external inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Document Organization: Manage both hard copy and electronic filing systems for all essential documents.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare and ship inventory requested by clients.
- Correspondence Handling: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and inventory to the relevant staff members.
- Additional Duties: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
