Job Overview
As a Benefits Program Manager, you will oversee and manage the company's employee benefit offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Total Rewards strategies. Your role will embody the core values of respect, integrity, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with benefit plan vendors, ensuring optimal performance and conducting regular review meetings.
- Analyze utilization and financial metrics of benefit plans, proposing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Health Benefits team to implement changes in benefit plans for employees.
- Work alongside the Labor Relations team to manage healthcare benefits for union-represented employees, focusing on implementation and communication.
- Partner with the Associate Communications team to create and distribute internal and external communication materials regarding benefit plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, as they pertain to assigned benefit plans.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to develop necessary documentation, including plan amendments and required notices.
- Coordinate with HR teams and Total Rewards managers to administer benefit plans effectively.
- Attend industry conferences and vendor meetings as necessary.
- Conduct annual processes related to assigned benefit plans.
- Work with legal teams to file requests for additional registered shares as required.
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Independent decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Over 5 years of experience in benefits administration, specifically with assigned benefit plans.
