Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000 annually

Qualifications: Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with experience in community-based initiatives. Previous experience in personnel and financial management is essential, along with familiarity with at-risk youth and related sectors. Proficiency in database, spreadsheet, and word processing applications is required.

Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
