Job Overview
As a key player in managing and administering employee benefit programs, you will oversee various company-sponsored plans and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will align benefit strategies with organizational goals and Total Rewards objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with benefit plan vendors, ensuring optimal performance through regular reviews and meetings.
  • Analyze utilization and financial data of assigned benefit plans, providing recommendations to address trends and reviewing rates and performance guarantees.
  • Work closely with the Health Benefits lead to implement changes to benefit plans for employee groups.
  • Collaborate with the Labor Relations team to manage healthcare benefits for union-represented employees, including implementation and communication.
  • Partner with the Associate Communications team to create and manage communication materials for assigned benefit plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, as they pertain to assigned benefit plans.
  • Work with legal counsel to develop necessary documentation, including notices and plan amendments.
  • Coordinate with HR teams and Total Rewards managers to administer assigned benefit plans effectively.
  • Attend conferences and vendor meetings as required.
  • Conduct year-end processes for assigned benefit plans.
  • Collaborate with Legal to file requests for additional registered shares with the SEC when necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Independent decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, specifically related to assigned benefit plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $70,000 - $97,000 annually
