Compensation: $17 to $22 per hour
Position Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a committed Employee Benefits Coordinator for forthcoming contract roles with our clients. The Employee Benefits Coordinator will be instrumental in overseeing and managing employee benefit schemes, ensuring adherence to regulations, and delivering outstanding support to staff members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage employee benefit schemes, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Ensure timely and precise processing of enrollments, modifications, and terminations in benefit schemes.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding inquiries, issues, and claims related to benefits.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and third-party administrators to resolve benefits-related concerns.
- Conduct orientation sessions on benefits for new hires and provide ongoing education to employees regarding available benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations concerning employee benefits, including ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
- Assist in the annual benefits renewal process and open enrollment activities.
- Maintain accurate and current records in the benefits administration system.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in benefits administration or a related human resources role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and relevant laws.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in benefits administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
