Job Summary:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a talented individual to join our hospitality POS team as an Account Executive. Your primary focus will be to sell complete point of sale solutions to businesses from coffee shops, quick service, casual dining, and fine dining restaurants, to bars, night clubs, hotels, and entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop opportunities in your respective markets as well as nationally, delivering a consultative sales approach by helping business clients assess needs and deliver solutions that address their business needs.
  • Cultivate, develop, and maintain opportunities with potential POS resellers.
  • Generate and maintain partnerships with referral and industry partners.
  • Effectively manage relationships with clients, resellers, and referral partners to meet quotas and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a high degree of knowledge surrounding onePOS and other i3POS solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the payments industry and i3 merchant processing solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the hospitality market within your territory.
  • Collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop various sales channels to connect with owners of all businesses.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of sales experience.
  • Technologically savvy; comfortable with server-based and cloud-based solutions and able to apply technology to help grow businesses.
  • Capable of cultivating robust relationships & developing referral partners.
  • Professional presence required and ability to effectively interface with executives.
  • Highly self-motivated, personable, driven, energetic, and creative.
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs and determine how we can help them achieve their goals.
  • Prior experience in a quota driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium size clients.
  • Demonstrated success in achievement of aggressive sales goals.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to self-source leads.
  • Hunter mentality with drive to identify and close on opportunities.
  • Ability to develop a plan to effectively build pipeline and generate top line revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of commitment and dedication to achieving results.
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision.
  • Expert communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hospitality Point-of-Sale industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Merchant Services Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing or related field of study or equivalent experience.
