Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Garfield School Senior Residences. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter application information, service requests, and payment details into our RealPage system.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure a well-stocked workspace.
  • Assist with auditing and maintaining files, including gathering paperwork and lease packages for new residents.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in leasing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • This is a part-time position, scheduled for 25-29 hours per week.
