**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lending Administrator to join our team at Weitz and Luxenberg PC. As a key member of our Lending Division, you will be responsible for processing documents for titles and mortgage recordings, conducting follow-up, and releasing liens as requested.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Confidentiality and Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of all loans being processed, maintaining the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Loan Processing: Type, process, and disburse loans as directed by loan officers, ensuring documents are properly completed and information is accurately processed on various computer systems.
  • Exception Reports and File Maintenance: Research and resolve exception reports, perform file maintenance, and ensure loan files are accurately maintained according to procedure.
  • Loan File Monitoring: Monitor working loan files to ensure proper documents are obtained, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reserve Account Management: Assist in monitoring and disbursing reserve accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in person, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

**Requirements**

  • Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in accounting, loan, or bank experience preferred. Position requires a high school level of language, math, and reasoning skills, with attention to detail necessary.
  • Confidentiality and Communication Skills: Must be extremely confidential, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate a proven record of problem-solving ability.
  • Diplomacy and Project Management: Must demonstrate above-average diplomacy when dealing with customers, coordinate multiple projects, and meet deadlines to ensure quality service.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in understanding and operating computer systems necessary to support the Lending Division.
