Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lending Administrator to join our team at Weitz and Luxenberg PC. As a Lending Administrator, you will play a critical role in processing documents for titles and mortgage recordings, conducting follow-up, and releasing liens as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidentiality and Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of all loans being processed, maintaining the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Loan Processing: Type, process, and disburse loans as directed by loan officers, ensuring that all documents are properly completed and information is accurately processed on various computer systems.
  • Exception Reports and File Maintenance: Research and resolve exception reports, perform file maintenance, and ensure that loan files are accurately maintained according to procedure.
  • Loan File Monitoring: Monitor working loan files to ensure that all necessary documents are obtained, and that files are properly updated and maintained.
  • Reserve Accounts: Assist in monitoring and disbursing reserve accounts, ensuring that all transactions are accurately processed and recorded.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in person, providing exceptional service and assistance to meet their needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
