Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Chapter Relations Coordinator to support our state association activities. This role is responsible for all administrative tasks, data input and report generation, interacting with state boards, marketing, and supporting our annual Leadership Conference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile data from various sources for report preparation, recommendations, and information dissemination to boards and team members.
  • Collect meeting and financial data from state associations to ensure compliance with state policy and track funding requirements.
  • Assist the Director and Program Managers with meeting setup, marketing, elections, and distribution of materials.
  • Support state board meetings and attend when requested.
  • Develop and execute the annual Leadership Conference.
  • Maintain and update various documents, files, and records, ensuring timely information in accordance with administrative guidelines.
  • Enhance engagement and provide member value through state chapters.
Requirements
  • Education: An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years' experience in member services, affiliate or chapter relationships, or volunteer work.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organization skills, ability to articulate information, use decision-making techniques, and operate in team environments.
