Renee Ryan with Keller Williams is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our top-producing Realtor, ensuring seamless communication and support to clients and stakeholders.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating transactions and events. You will also be tasked with implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and databases
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Coordinate transactions and events
- Assist with hiring, training, and supporting team members
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
