Industrial Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Executive to join our team at Michael Page. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting products and achieving assigned rental and sales revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Promote products to achieve assigned rental and sales revenue goals by preparing presentations and understanding customer needs and pain points.
- Conduct business and territory analysis using tools like ZoomInfo, IIR, and PGA to allocate time effectively to accounts and customers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions and business issues, including competitive activity, prospective customers, and market trends, through primary and secondary information sources.
- Follow the sales process, manage SMART agendas, and track sales KPIs such as opportunity, forecast, pipeline, and win/lost analysis, keeping Salesforce updated with quality information.
- Develop and execute a business plan, aligning it with company goals and strategies, and implement tactics to achieve revenue goals as directed by management.
- Build rapport with key decision-makers at accounts and end users at job sites within the territory, working with operations and other ASMs to maintain good communication and assist in handling difficult issues.
- May assist in collecting customer accounts and familiarizing customers with equipment, ensuring they know how to operate it properly to avoid/reduce downtime and service calls.
- Implement, sustain, and develop quality process improvements focusing on safety, financials, operations, and customer service.
- Minimum three years of industrial sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or services related to air compressors, nitrogen generators, steam generators, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM, PDCA, and account management is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a Technical field, coupled with business, customer service, or sales experience, is desired. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field combined with industry-related experience in technical sales or business is acceptable.
- Demonstrated selling and interpersonal communication abilities, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a resilient and growth-oriented mindset are essential.
