About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at ARS Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises, to understand their transportation needs and provide solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets;
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge;
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated ability to make a high volume of cold calls and generate new business leads;
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues;
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and reports to inform sales decisions;
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication;
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience using sales software and tools;
