Maravilla Santa Barbara is a prominent provider of senior living solutions, dedicated to delivering outstanding service and care. We are currently looking for a skilled Receptionist to enhance our front desk operations.
Position Title: Receptionist
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Oversee entry security protocols and assist residents as needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage message taking.
- Provide essential office support, including document copying, supply ordering, and upkeep of emergency contact lists.
Required Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is necessary.
