Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align the human resources and talent strategy with the organization's current and future workforce requirements, focusing on recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates, particularly for managerial and professional roles; work closely with department heads to identify necessary skills and competencies.
  • Evaluate compensation and benefits trends; research and recommend competitive salary and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement learning and development initiatives that foster internal growth opportunities for employees.
  • Conduct employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels; review and update policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that are in line with the overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and other issues.
  • Support organizational needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Monitor and enhance HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
  • Maintain compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Assess training needs and implement training programs accordingly.
  • Provide management with insights and decision support through HR metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Proven experience in a human resources management role.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in human resource management is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
