- Monitor current state vs. budget KPIs and develop realistic action plans for areas needing improvement.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and expertise, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management of business unit employees.
- Responsible for the execution, follow-up, and sustainability of planned operating improvements.
- Improve and maintain communications, ensuring accuracy of reporting and collection of data.
- Oversee and maintain an effective accident prevention program, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
- Develop strong and effective business relationships with clients, with customer satisfaction as the ultimate objective.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, operations management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years management and job-related experience, including experience in operations, sales, or finance, with significant experience working around manufacturing and construction sites requiring awareness of health and safety requirements.
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning services industry desired.
