Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align the human resources and talent strategy with the organization’s goals, focusing on current and future talent requirements, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee the recruitment process, which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates, particularly for managerial and professional positions; work closely with department heads to identify necessary skills and competencies.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

- Proven experience in a human resources management role.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
