We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to join our team at Workrise - Upstream Oil & Gas.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for scheduling and management of medical examination programs, entering relevant medical data into electronic health records, and responding timely to questions and redirecting enquiries on behalf of other team members as needed.

The role involves collating monthly medical/appointment statistics, typing letters, memos, and reports for department-related issues, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and updating patient records. You will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events, maintaining a comprehensive and secure filing system for medical records, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents related to medical examinations and results, and generating expense reports (CTREX).

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. If you have experience in an office support or administrative role, intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an office support/administrative role
