Job Description:

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, this individual will provide high-level support to our Senior Leaders, ensuring seamless execution of their schedules, tasks, and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of executive-level support experience and a strong background in business administration. They will be responsible for providing top-notch support, including managing complex calendars, composing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.

About the Job:

  • Support Senior Leaders with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and coordinating travel.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, exercising good judgment and discretion when necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with internal departments, ensuring credibility, trust, and support among senior management staff.
  • Contribute to special projects, both internally and externally, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Manage competing priorities, complete tasks efficiently, and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of executive-level support experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
