Job Overview:

ChaseSource is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits. If you are a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage executives' calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Organize meetings, including logistics and document preparation
  • Handle email correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with special projects and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
