- Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, offering support to enhance their performance and career development.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continuously refine recruitment processes.
- Experience: At least 5 to 8 years in executive recruitment or talent acquisition, with a successful track record of placing senior executives.
- Industry Acumen: Strong knowledge of various industries and executive roles, with the ability to customize recruitment strategies for specific sectors.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven capability to lead and manage a recruitment team effectively, with excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
- Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex offer negotiations and resolve conflicts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in utilizing recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and process enhancements.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and digital platforms for talent sourcing and management.
- Educational Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred.
