This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Promote and sell our Executive Search services.
  2. Handle and convert incoming leads effectively.
  3. Engage in proactive outreach through cold-calling.
  4. Utilize CRM tools to maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline.
  5. Navigate a consultative and intricate sales process.
  6. Collaborate with potential clients to comprehend their business goals and tailor solutions accordingly.
  7. Exhibit a strong sense of self-motivation and thrive both independently and in a team setting.
  8. Achieve or surpass set quarterly and annual sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  2. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  3. Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing complex sales processes.
  4. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively, whether in a remote setting or office.
  5. A structured sales methodology and proficiency in CRM systems for lead management.
  6. Proven experience in establishing and closing mid-market client relationships.
  7. A solid understanding of Executive Search services is advantageous.
  8. Exceptional cold calling capabilities; comfortable reaching out to decision-makers.
  9. Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  10. Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  11. A history of building successful, results-driven client relationships.
  12. Strong teamwork skills along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Freelance and Remote

Compensation: $120,000 annually, with commission opportunities.
