Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-oriented Recrafting Customer Service Specialist. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a strong attention to detail, and the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Order Tracking: Keep the recraft tracking log updated to guarantee accuracy and timely fulfillment of all orders.
  • Data Management: Input and oversee data for all recraft orders in our systems, ensuring thoroughness and precision.
  • Credit Processing: Investigate, confirm, and issue credits as required for all recraft orders.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound customer service communications related to recraft transactions, ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Email Management: Assess and respond to email inquiries, ensuring efficient processing of return authorizations and related tasks.
  • Consignment Management: Oversee and complete the consignment process as necessary, ensuring all activities are conducted smoothly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service and data entry is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data entry and familiar with customer service software and tools.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in all aspects of the role.
  • Customer Orientation: Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and manage inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Educational Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework or certification in customer service or administrative support is beneficial.
