Key Responsibilities
  • Time Management and Reporting: Ensure timely entry of hours by team members, follow up on missing time entries, verify accuracy of time allocation to projects and tasks, distinguish between billable and non-billable hours, prevent duplicate hour entries across team members, and escalate exceptions.
  • Project and Task Tracking: Maintain up-to-date task statuses in the project portal, keep project boards current with accurate statuses, manage and clean up tickets, closing unnecessary ones.
  • Executive Functioning: Coordinate meetings, taking notes, assigning tasks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate On-Time Delivery (OTD) hours reports for select clients, ensure proper use of templates and formatting, manage documentation review process.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with marketing-related tasks as needed.
