Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Manage office facilities to create a productive work environment, liaising with building management as needed.
  • Handle mail and deliveries, assist with travel arrangements, and manage expense reports for the management team.
  • Coordinate event planning, support HR departments with interview scheduling, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team for employee recognition programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
