Job Opportunity

KBC Advisors LLC is seeking a skilled Platform Services Coordinator to join our team in Villanova, PA. As a key member of our Pennsylvania brokerage team, you will play a vital role in supporting our transaction and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing projects, including brochure development, email campaigns, property websites, signage, and events.
  • Prepare business development materials, such as brochures, proposals, and presentations, for the Pennsylvania brokerage team.
  • Track and manage transaction deliverables, including project tracking, marketing collateral, and campaign calendars.
  • Coordinate events, create property listing information, and maintain property listing websites.
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies, reconciling office expenses, and acting as a point of contact for building management.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and property database systems.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
